You should go to the emergency clinic.
Preparing to go to the emergency clinic
Let’s prepare the items you will take to the hospital
- □ Health insurance card
- □ Medical expenses deduction certificate (infant)
- □ Maternal and Child Handbook
- □ Medication Handbook
- □ Body temperature tracking notes
- □ Change of clothes, diapers
- □ Money
Let’s be careful when going to the hospital
- 1. Check sources of fire before leaving home!
- 2. Don't forget to close your door!
- 3. Watch out for traffic accidents!
Points to check when the skin rash appears
- If your child was taking medicine just before it developed, stop giving it to him/her. Bring the medication instructions and your child’s medication handbook to the hospital.
At the hospital, let your doctor know
- When did the rash develop?
- Prior to the rash developing, was your child doing something out of the normal? (For example: took medicine, touched plants outside, or a child with similar symptoms in a nursery or kindergarten)
- Has your child ever had an allergic reaction to medications or food? If so, what was the cause?
- Do you have a pet? If so, what type of pet do you have?
